- SHIPPING -

When are the orders will be shipped?

All the orders will ship within 2 business days. After we shipped the items, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

 

Where can I track my order?

To track your new goodies,
1. You can log in to your account, and select ‘View My Orders’ , so that you can see your order track.
2. If you do not have your account, you can copy the tracking number and search the tracking number. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the systems will send the tracking number to you via E-mail.

 

I ordered two items, but I received one.

We have several warehouses, when we receive your order, we will select the best warehouse to process your order. But some times, the two/ several items do not in the same warehouse, so we will ship the two/ several items from the different warehouse.
About that, we recommend you contact us with order numbers.

 

I used a wrong shipping address/ I choose the wrong size, what should I do?

If the item does not ship yet, we can change the shipping address/ size for you.
Generally, we will ship the item within 2 days. If you find that you enter a wrong shipping address or size, please contact us immediately.

 

My package is missing, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for international shipping, you might want to check with your neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly placed nearby. Occasionally, carriers leave a package at a door nearby in error.
If you're unable to locate the package, contact us using the "Contact Us" link and provide us with your name, shipping address, the email used to place your order, and order number. We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!

Do I need to pay for the shipping fees? 

No, you needn't. We will pay for the shipping fees. we provide free shipping worldwide. This is one of our best-continued customer services. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

My order is a gift, do you provide gift-wrap?

We are sorry about that, for some goodies, we do not provide gift packaging. But most of our products have a gift box.

How can I note the customize information?

We provide some customize products. When you order these items, please click "Customize Now" button to customize the items. We will according to what you choose to customize the products.

 

I order a customize products, but I forgot to customize some information.

If you forgot the customize information, please email us service@ayliss.com right away with an order number, so that we can assist you quickly. We will make the change on the order if the order still hasn’t been processed.

How do I use my coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the "Apply Coupon Code" section under "Order Summary" during the checkout process. Hit apply and the discount amount will be reflected on the order total immediately!
